Roberts’ Rules of Order


The By-Laws of the Rancho Viejo South Association specify that Roberts’ Rules of Order is the parliamentary procedure to be used to run community meetings.  In addition, since the BOD has less than 12 members, “committee rules” may be used, which allow the President to make motions and vote.
